Some of our websites allow you to purchase products online (currently only available to trade customers with an account). If your product is eligible for a warranty and you wish to register with us to take advantage of that warranty, we will need to gather some personal information from you. We will only send this information to the e-mail address or postal address we have on file, unless you can provide evidence of identification and change of address.7.2: Access requests will be responded to within 40 calendar days of the written or email request being received.7.3: We reserve the right to levy a fee for dealing with access requests to cover any administrative costs. This will be no more than the fee stated in the Data Protection Act, which is currently £10.
